Job Description
A known, innovative property and construction consultancy are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Birmingham team.
The Senior Quantity Surveyors' role
Due to continued success, this particular consultancy are looking to enhance their Birmingham team with a driven, career-focused Senior Quantity Surveyor.
In this role, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will lead a variety of high-profile projects across sectors including commercial, residential, education, hotel, leisure, healthcare and retail.
Working on these projects from inception through to completion, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be required to provide key cost management services such as cost planning, benchmarking, value & risk management, and contract & procurement advice.
This role is ideal for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor who's looking for a fresh challenge within a modern, forward-thinking business, where you'll be encouraged to continuously develop your career.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will ideally be a self-motivated and driven individual, with previous consultancy experience.
MRICS qualification is preferred
Varied sector experience, ideally
Both pre & post contract experience is highly beneficial
