We have an exciting new vacancy for aGolf Retail Assistant to join our team at TheSprowston Manor Hotel.The Sprowston Manor Hotel is a 126-room hotel in an idyllic countryside location offering our guests luxury accommodation with a golf course, fitness centre, swimming pool, and conference and events facilities.

Your main duties would include:

• Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a welcoming and positive experience for all visitors
• Assisting customers in finding products, offering advice, and making recommendations based on their needs.
• Managing bookings and handling golf memberships.
• Communicating with customers and members to answer questions about the golf course and products.

The successful candidate will be punctual, reliable and will have excellent customer service skills. Experience in golf/leisure sales with a focus on proactive sales is highly desirable.
