About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a dedicated team of staff, ensuring excellent service and creating a positive work environment.
• Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, including staffing, inventory management, ordering, and financial oversight.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, food quality, and drink offerings.
• Drive business performance through innovative marketing and event initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as licensing laws.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, local suppliers, and the surrounding community.
• Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost control measures to achieve profit targets.

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a pub or similar setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sound knowledge of financial management, stock control, and business operations.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle a fast-paced environment.
• A flexible and hands-on approach to work.
