Assistant Head of Retail

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and talented manager to join the leadership team of our Cafés and Bars across campus. You will have proven success at management level in developing the operations of multiple Café and Bars and will help us to achieve strong financial results, whilst being flexible and customer focused.

You will be able to demonstrate excellent people skills as you will need to be able to direct and inspire a diverse team of full and part-time staff across the whole of campus to deliver results.

You may have experience in student, University or similar markets, but you will need to be able to show innovation and an understanding of what it takes to help make our campus a sustainable and inspiring place to be.
