We have an exciting new vacancy for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at The Britannia Wigan. The Britannia Wigan is a 124-bedroom hotel situated opposite the M6 motorway providing easy access to major cities such as Liverpool and Manchester and only 3 miles from Wigan town centre.

Your duties will include:

• Supervising shifts to ensure the smooth running of the food and beverage service areas.
• Serving food & beverages to guests.
• Maintaining a clean and organised service area.
• Leading with an excellent standard of customer service
• Assisting with managing the team, including training and developing staff.
