The Assistant Building Surveyor's Role
As an Assistant Building Surveyor, you will work closely with a team of experienced professionals on a variety of public and private sector projects. You'll gain exposure to a diverse workload, including professional and project-based services, with tasks such as conducting surveys, preparing reports, and assisting in design, maintenance, and refurbishment works.

Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the delivery of a range of professional and project-based services.
Providing advice on the design, construction, maintenance, and repair of properties.

Collaborating with senior surveyors and engaging directly with clients.
Advancing through your APC with structured training and mentorship.
The Ideal Assistant Building Surveyor will have
BSc/MSc in Building Surveying or a RICS-accredited degree.
Previous experience in a consultancy environment is advantageous.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive, collaborative, and focused on achieving chartered status.
Eager to learn, self-motivated, and adaptable.
