Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 + benefits
Location: Glasgow HQ (with UK travel as required)

• Install and commission VoIP/Cloud systems, including MS Teams Calling.
• Troubleshoot VoIP, SIP, and network issues remotely or onsite.
• Support pre/post-sales design and deployment of platforms.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain shared knowledge bases.

• Experience with SIP, Voice Gateways, SBC, and VoIP.
• Strong networking skills (TCP/IP, QoS, troubleshooting).
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence required.
