Overview

If you’re looking to hit the ground running, the Enterprise Mobility Supervisor Trainee Internship will help you build valuable business and leadership skills. For a university/college student, the real-world professional experience you’ll receive during the internship will help you stand apart from the crowd and will be more than just a line on your resume.

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise Mobility, you'll learn what it takes to operate in a support division for a top tier company and acquire highly marketable skills in being a supervisor. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first- and second-year full-time professionals. It's a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow, and have fun. This role is a call center environment role, where ~75% of your time will be spent taking calls in a fun and competitive environment to support our reservations division. In this, you will gain the call center environment knowledge and expertise to be able to coach, lead, and develop indivduals in this role.

Schedules: This 12-week program offers a full-time, Monday-Friday schedule, with hours flexible to business need. This program will start May 19th and run through August 8th. Weekly, throughout the program will be days of structured management-led meetings and trainings, including some high-level corporate guest speakers!

Location: On days you are in house, this position will be held at 600 Technology Dr. Weldon Spring MO 63304

Benefits : This position offers a starting pay of $ 17.25 / hour. and includes paid training, employee discounts, and much more.

Program Details: This 12-week summer internship is targeting current rising Seniors at colleges/universities. After the internship has ended, you will have the ability to work during your Senior year (if desired; offer extended based on performance). The end goal of this internship program is to start in a position with Enterprise Mobility as a Supervisor Trainee in May 2026 (offer extended based on performance).

Responsibilities

When you join our Supervisor Trainee Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Supervisor Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to supervise a team, take care of customers, and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete tasks and projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications
  • Must live in St. Louis, MO or the surrounding area (Must live in the state of Missouri), for the duration of the internship.
  • Must work from 600 Technology Dr. Weldon Spring MO 63304 with ability to work a hybrid on occasion
  • Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program and graduating by May 2026
  • Must be open to a full-time position as a Supervisor Trainee/Assistant in May 2026
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • This position may involve 1%-5% travel for required trainings and team meetings
  • Must have access to a cell phone to validate security information authentication
