Required for clinical positions.Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification, as required for the position ran within 30 days of start updated upon expiration. Attestations not allowed. Needs to be rerun every 2 years with RN license renewal & upon expiration. Temporary Licenses are NOT accepted – must have a valid permanent license.Completed within 1 year of start updated annually. Cannot be done on site.
