CDL Class B Overnight Delivery Driver

HOME DAILY Local CDL B Driver Union City, CA
Pay: $300-$340 per day based on route; $83,000 average yearly.Work/Life Balance Schedule:

• Estimated dispatch times: 5:00pm, or 6:00pm depending on route assignment
• 10 hours per day, including freight loading time
• Home every day, 5-day work week, with 2 consecutive days off.
• Role requires work on the weekends. Days off will be during the weekdays
• Availability to work holidays.
• Touch freight food service delivery.Job Description:
  • Delivering food to convenience stores with refrigerated trucks (no sales, staging, or merchandising)
  • Drivers are responsible for loading their own trucks at the start of their shift
  • Multi-stop delivery routes 8-20 stops per shift, depending on route assignment
  • Drivers are required to load and unload their own trucks.
  • Paid orientation and training
  • Membership in Teamsters Union after probationary periodPay Description:

      • Minimum 1 year of DOT verifiable straight truck driving experience.
      • Touch freight delivery experience preferred
      • Valid Class B operator's license
      • Must be 21 and have a safe driving record.
