The Integration Specialist will travel to existing and newly acquired Galls locations to help integrate retail (front of house), any back office and any warehouse/VAS processes in GQ platform and Galls operating procedures.

Integration Specialist
The Integration Specialist will travel to existing and newly acquired Galls locations to help integrate retail (front of house), any back office and any warehouse/VAS processes in GQ platform and Galls operating procedures.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Will require travel, at times 100% travel and time on site at existing and newly acquired Galls locations to help integrate retail (front of house), any back office and any warehouse/VAS processes into GQ platform and Galls operating procedures.
- Must be able to understand actions needed to move existing procedures into Galls structure.
- Will be required to prepare status reports on integration milestones and explanations for any delays or failure to meet planned deadlines.
- Able to work with teams that are resistant to change to ensure process changes are implemented and utilized on an ongoing basis. May be asked to help support Galls training department periodically.
- Prior Galls’ retail or operations experience preferred.
- Must be an excellent communicator and be able to transfer knowledge to all audience levels.
- Knowledge of processes/contacts within various Galls’ departments i.e., merchandising, inventory mgmt., operations, and sales.
- Understanding of project planning tools and process helpful.
- Prior experience with extensive business travel and associated recordkeeping helpful.
- Bilingual a plus
- Education/Training/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-3 years of previous experience in Galls retail or operations preferred
