Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to receive, process, and present data related to weekly service requests for infrastructure solutions. This role involves gathering business and technical requirements during client kick-off meetings, consulting with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and managing integrated telecommunications projects including WAN, WLAN, MLAN, Security, Contact/Call Centers, Telephony, and Video services. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects simultaneously within a complex enterprise environment.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate client meetings to gather and document business and technical requirements for IT solutions.
• Identify impacted business processes and determine optimal process and IT solution integrations.
• Conduct review sessions to discuss project scope and requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical teams across various network platforms (WAN, WLAN, MLAN, Security, Voice, Videoconferencing) to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
• Disseminate critical information to customers, technical teams, and managers in an effective manner.
• Navigate and operate within large, complex enterprise network environments.
Required Skills:
• Bachelor's degree (Required).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (Required).
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in large enterprise environments (Required).
• Previous experience working with multiple agencies, vendors, or departments in enterprise settings (Required).
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience with:
• Microsoft Project and Excel (Required).
• Remedy/Helix (Required).
• Multiple network platforms and lines of service (Required).
• Telecommunications environments (Required).
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience with Clarity (Preferred).
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience with DevOps (Preferred).
