- Position will be a liaison between IT and business functions.
- Perform analysis and support business functions with the streamline of business processes and development of best practices.
- Lead IT projects; including implementations and product moves. Work closely with the project management office.
- Understand organization of data in Plex. Be able to support and suggest improvements to the current process.
- Work with Plex support to ensure issues are resolved efficiently; support development of scope documentation; lead/assist in testing activities with ERP provider.
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively with teams from different regions.
- Position requires a candidate with at least 3+ years experience in an ERP system; preferred Plex.
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
