Product Ops - Inventory Management Associate

Job DescriptionRole SummaryFanatics Collectibles is looking for an Inventory Management Associate to support inventory & PO operations for our Autograph Operations team. This role reports into our Inventory Management department and is responsible for ensuring stickers and future inventory-type autos are accurately accounted for, plus ensuring that our athlete partners are paid in a timely fashion. Responsibilities: Conducts analysis of primarily sticker autographs post-quality control before data entry into Cards-in Reporting base Completes data entry into Cards-in Reporting, ensuring accuracy and completeness for all athletes Effectively communicates with Athlete Partnership teams to create Purchase Orders when autographs are ready to be received in Oracle ERP Conducts sticker autograph assessments across entire product portfolio and communicating to Brand teams when products are analyzed, and sticker autograph available quantities and shortages are identified Creates and assigns Auto Numbers to subjects within Oracle ERP Completes transactions in Oracle ERP to receive autograph stickers into inventory and subsequently slate to products identified as having shortages for subjectsThe Ideal Candidate: Dallas / Sunnyvale, TX based High school diploma or GED required; Bachelors Degree in Business, Analytics, Finance or a relatable field, preferred 1-2 years of experience in warehouse or production environments, specifically related to inventory management, preferred Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to sit and focus on a computer screen for extended periods of time, required Strong analytical skills, preferred Proficient experience with Oracle or equivalent ERP's, strongly preferred Proficient experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel, preferredEnsure your Fanatics job offer is legitimate and don't fall victim to fraud.
