Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and support company growth.
• Identify new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients while maintaining connections with existing customers.
• Manage key accounts, negotiate contracts, and ensure high customer satisfaction to build long-term partnerships.
• Conduct regular visits to ethnic and specialty markets to gather insights and discover new product opportunities.
• Monitor trends in ethnic retail markets to inform product development and merchandising strategies.
• Ensure effective product placement and promotion in ethnic stores, following specific merchandising guidelines.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and conferences to increase brand awareness and expand professional networks.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in ethnic market food sales and business development.
• Proven experience working with ethnic grocery stores or specialty markets, with strong cultural awareness.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; multilingual abilities (e.g., Arabic, Turkish, Greek, Albanian, Croatian, Bosnian, Serbian, Russian, or Ukrainian) are highly desirable.
• Strategic, customer-focused thinker with a results-driven mindset.
• Willingness to travel daily to support business development activities.
