Key Responsibilities: Expertly manage Kubernetes/ROSA and ROSA-AWS integrations. Define and enforce standards and patterns for consistent container deployments. Develop layout and usage patterns for OpenShift Operators. Create and maintain Intranet FAQs, user guides, knowledge bases, and build documents for ROSA-AWS integration and platform deployment. Design, implement, and manage GitLab CI/CD pipelines also enhance CI/CD pipelines for rapid deployment cycles and high-quality code releases. Provide leadership in identifying and implementing new concepts, techniques, and technology best practices. Leverage AWS services to enhance application scalability. Design and maintain standard templates, reference architectures, and design patterns to assist Platform/Cloud Engineers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support on migration and modernization towards AWS cloud. Create and maintain detailed system documentation, including configurations, procedures, and change management logs. Implement cloud cost optimization strategies and monitor cloud usage to identify cost-saving opportunities. Implement monitoring and alerting mechanisms to proactively resolve performance issues using tools like Grafana and Prometheus. Minimum Qualifications: Deep understanding of Kubernetes, Cloud Container services and Red Hat OpenShift. 3- 6 years of experience in Solution Architecture and Cloud Infrastructure Deployment. Proficiency in scripting / coding languages such as Java, JavaScript, REST, JSON, Python, Yaml and Bash. Minimum 1 years in Gitlab, CI/CD pipelines with Gitlab Runners. Solid knowledge of K8 / OpenShift networking and public cloud network integrations. Experience with logging and monitoring solutions, such as Grafana and Prometheus. Strong knowledge of integrating ROSA with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, SNS, VPC, API Gateways, ECS / EKS). Proven ability to monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure performance. Expertise in microservices-based development, Kubernetes, Docker, and troubleshooting. 3-4 years of experience in developing/managing cloud or hybrid-cloud solutions on AWS. In-depth knowledge of cloud architecture and implementation features (OS, multi-tenancy, virtualization, orchestration, elastic scalability). Hands-on experience with infrastructure deployment using Terraform or CloudFormation. Experience in cloud infrastructure maintenance, including monitoring, system recovery, and data backup.
