Manhattan WMS Tester - Software Quality Assurance

Job Description : Key Responsibilities : - Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing for the Manhattan WMS system. - Work closely with business analysts, developers, and project teams to understand business requirements and develop test cases. - Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and system specifications. - Identify, document, and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle. - Perform data validation and verify WMS functionality in different environments (e.g., UAT, staging, production). - Report test results and provide regular status updates to the project team. - Ensure that all test scenarios are covered and aligned with business goals. - Support the coordination of testing efforts and assist with troubleshooting during the deployment process. Required Qualifications : - Experience testing Manhattan WMS or similar warehouse management systems. - Familiarity with warehouse operations and supply chain management processes. - Strong knowledge of test case design, defect tracking, and test management tools. - Ability to write clear and concise test cases and execute manual testing. - Experience with SQL and data validation for WMS systems. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and troubleshoot issues. - Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical teams. - Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with Manhattan Active WMS or other advanced supply chain technologies. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies and familiarity with test automation frameworks. - Certification in Software Testing (e.g., ISTQB) or related qualifications.
