Job Description

Mission: Plan, direct, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance and repair activities so that the organization's machinery and equipment operate reliably. Key Responsibilities Responsible for maintenance function, accountable & responsible for predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance for all equipment within an entity. Hierarchical management involving the elaboration, application & overall management of standardized processes and plans to ensure safety, quality, service / availability, and cost. Strong contributor to continuous improvement and people management. Enforce safety & health rules & 5S. Manage the maintenance department according to internal rules, to guarantee the performance of industrial equipment (OEE, MTBF, MTTR). Be responsible for people management including goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, and well-being. Manage the TPM on the whole process to increase the reliability and availability of workstations and production lines. Decide, prioritize & implement with manufacturing the maintenance actions plan in order to maintain machines' original state. Manage the technical aspects for the capability of all internal tools under the responsibility of the plant. Be responsible for the correct preservation of tools and equipment. Manage & optimize maintenance costs including spare parts inventory for internal and external production means. Organize the intervention of his / her team in the implementation and ramp-up of new workstations or production lines. Ensure consistency and updating of the maintenance information data for internal means. Update and ensure the business continuity plan in terms of equipment and tools. Bring locally his / her technical expertise within the industrialization team or Manufacturing Engineering team. Select, validate, introduce and standardize new technologies and digital processes locally in accordance with the industrial plan. What will help you to be successful? 5-10 years of experience in similar roles. Mechanical-electrical-automation background. Innovation and continuous improvement mindset. MS Office, ERP System.
