Job Description

Giorgio Armani S.p.A. Context and purpose of the job: Within the Emporio Armani store in Milan, you will join the team as Supervisor. You will work in close contact with the Client Advisors by infusing energy into the team through your commitment. You will lead with passion in order to stimulate achievement of the best possible results. All these efforts aim to offer excellence in customer service. You will be in charge of the development of the team focusing on CRM and Clienteling activities. Responsibilities: Manage and motivate the team to increase sales and ensure efficiency Monitor and perform a sales ritual in line with brand policy ensuring the team provide excellentcustomer service (presales, in-sales, aftersales) Support the team in achieving sales targets and maximizing store profitability Regularly review each Client Advisor’s client book to ensure clients’ contact details andpurchases are properly logged Foster a client-centric approach implementing action plans to let the team: perfectly know their clients, follow up with the existing ones and work with the potential ones Spread a client-centric approach, creating synergies between all the Departments, leading by example and sharing best practices on clienteling activities at Store level Organize and conduct staff induction programs, trainings and morning briefings Observe and apply Company policies and procedures, ensuring that all directives are observed in the store Support the management team ensuring proper coverage of the selling floor and smooth store operations Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash management Supervise goods receiving and stock management are always efficient and timely Take an active role in inventory Requirements Must have skills: 3 years of experience in the same role, possibly within the Fashion & Luxury industry Analytical skills and KPI knowledge Higher education diploma and/or Bachelor Fluent knowledge of English and Italian Managerial skills and customer service skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Excellent team leadership skills Responsibility and reliability We promote diversity and inclusion in all forms, within a collaborative environment where your talent can flourish in the pursuit of a common goal: yours and our growth.
