Our commercial activity in France began in January 2016. We aim to help our customers and business prosper in a simple, personal, and fair way. Currently, our focus is on car finance products, with ambitions to expand into other markets and become the leaders in consumer credit in France.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced candidate to manage all the collection activities of our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and commercial skills, the ability to lead a team, and be goal-oriented.

Main missions and responsibilities:

1. Review regularly, in collaboration with Collection HQ, the collection strategy and adjust it when needed.
2. Ensure that all collection activities are realized according to company policies and regulations.
3. Monitor and ensure that the collection performance meets the defined budget.
4. Steer the activities of external providers, based on SLAs and defined KPIs, to ensure an adequate cost/efficiency ratio.
5. Ensure data quality in the information present in the internal/HQ reports.
6. Support all projects on the collection perimeter, defining user needs and performing necessary tests.
7. Ensure effective team management and empower good cooperation with the rest of the organization.

Profile:

1. Master’s degree in economics, law, engineering, or business subjects.
2. 8 years of experience in a similar position in the retail banking sector.
3. Experience in consumer finance would be considered an additional advantage, particularly with a focus on auto finance.
4. Fluent in English and French (mandatory).
5. Knowledge of debt collection techniques.

Knowledge - Specific experiences:

1. Demonstrated experience in a similar business.
2. Strong analytical, management, and interpersonal skills.
3. Spanish is a nice-to-have.
