Our expertise lies in combining the skills of a lifestyle consultancy with the creativity and digital innovation of a communications agency. superneo offers services to brands in the sports (winter sports, cycling, running), outdoor, lifestyle, fashion and beauty industry, guiding these with a holistic approach to comms, entailing creative conceptualisation and ideation, content creation, PR, social media, retail and channel marketing and brand development.

As a Consultant at superneo, you'll join hands with our dedicated super team, overseeing clients and tasks. This position provides an avenue to further enrich your established knowledge and relationships, elevating them to a higher standard.

Tasks

• Acting as an ambitious partner and consultant for our clients.
• Infusing our super team with your unique ideas and expertise.
• Managing projects effectively.
• Expanding our network of press and influencer contacts.
• Drafting press releases and newsletters.
• Cultivating and refining your leadership abilities.
• Conceptualising strategies and campaigns.
• Organising events.

Skills

• Strong interest in lifestyle brands from the areas of sport / lifestyle, among others.
• Relevant degree or qualification.
• > 2-3 years experience in the field of communication (marketing, PR) - network, contacts.
• Analytical thinking skills as well as a quick grasp of things.
• High customer and service orientation.
• Team player.
• Excellent German (native) and very good English skills.
• Open and communicative personality.
