  • Report on operational metrics, providing regular updates on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual key performance indicators to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure that all operational, administrative, and compliance functions align with best practices and regulatory standards, reinforcing the company’s commitment to safety, quality, and reputation.
  • Conduct regular budget reviews, advising senior management on cost optimisations to support regional growth objectives while adhering to budgetary constraints.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years in an operational leadership role within the Medical Devices industry, with a comprehensive understanding of sector-specific regulatory and market challenges.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams within a complex and dynamic environment.
  • Customer-focused, with strong influencing skills to implement and drive customer-oriented strategies that align with the organisation’s business objectives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment to achieve shared goals.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an aptitude for conveying complex information clearly across a diverse audience.
  • Extensive experience in international business settings, ideally within the EMEA region, with a keen understanding of regional regulatory and cultural dynamics.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages considered an asset.
  • Position is based in Berlin, with regional travel as necessary.
