Account/Audit Manager - Coventry £55,000 - £75,000 pa, Full time

We're seeking an experienced Audit & Accounts Manager who thrives in a hands-on environment and appreciates the nuances of working in a smaller accountancy practice.
The Opportunity:
* Lead audit engagements for clients with £1M - £200M turnover
* Blend audit work with accounts preparation
* A clear path to Partnership for the right candidate
Your Role:
* Manage multiple audit assignments simultaneously
* Review audits, including Corporation Tax and Statutory Accounts
* Prepare client accounts (IRIS experience ideal)
* Collaborate closely with partners and team members
* Stay ahead of accounting and auditing regulations
What You Bring:
* ACA or ACCA qualification
* Significant experience in a smaller accountancy practice
* Strong knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, VAT, CIS, and inventory management
* Understanding of Personal Tax matters
* Proficiency in auditing software and Microsoft Office
* Excellent analytical and communication skills
* Passion for hands-on work and client service
