Location: Midlands/ North of England (home working with occasional London office visits)

My client is an independent and impartial asset valuation and advisory firm specialising in the valuation of plant equipment, and buildings for insurance purposes. * MRICS qualified and a RICS registered valuer
* Broad range of valuations experience
* Insurance valuation experience is a benefit but not essential

Scope of the role:
* Reinstatement Cost Assessments for insurance purposes (RCAs) across all sectors including stadiums, hotels, refineries, schools, chemical plants
* Full scope of the valuation from inspection to report
* Head office in London with occasional travel to the office (once a month)
