LOCATION: Bristol
SALARY: £18.44 - £21.46 inclusive / £20.98 - £24.53 Umbrella
DURATION: Temp till March 2025
HOURS: 37.5 Mon – Fri 9-5

Lead a vibrant team dedicated to facilitating positive change.
Engage with communities to promote health and independence.
Drive initiatives in a collaborative and inclusive environment. Preferred Requirements:
Proven experience in managing or leading a team within the health or social care sector.
Demonstrable understanding of issues surrounding drug and alcohol misuse.
Ability to engage and influence community stakeholders positively.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Commitment to promoting equality and diversity in service delivery. Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
Certification in Addiction Studies or similar qualifications.
Experience working with diverse populations. You will receive from BRC:
