A vibrant mainstream school in Southampton is seeking a qualified Learning Support Assistant to join their dedicated team on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about supporting students in their educational journey.
The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications and experience in providing tailored support to students, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their academic goals. Key Responsibilities:
* Assist teachers in delivering high-quality education and support to students.
* Work one-on-one or in small groups to provide targeted assistance.

* Monitor student progress and report any concerns to teaching staff.
Qualifications:
* Relevant qualifications in education or child development.
* Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar role.
* Strong communication skills and a patient, nurturing approach.
