Job Description
THIS ROLE IS NATIONAL (TRAVELLING TO DIFFERENT SITES ALL OVER THE UK) NEED TO BE ABLE TO DRIVE AND TRAVEL AROUND
Site Manager – National – Hardware Reatiler Fitouts across the UK
Our client are a leading contractor with sites around the UK, they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team managing Hardware Retail Store Fitouts in various locations, with project values circa £300k.
Tasks/ Responsibilities:
*
Expereinced within the Fitout Sector, with a focus on Retail Fitout.
*
Liaise with the Project Manager and Project Coordinator ahead of start on site to gain a full understanding of project scope, programme and budgets.
*
Take responsibility for driving a consistent and proactive approach to health and safety on site.
*
Ensure all contractors and visitors are thoroughly inducted to site, that inductions are signed and recorded as required.
*
Monitor progress and adherence to the project programme of works and regularly report completion status to the Project Manager.
*
Proactively identify programme opportunities or risks and propose solutions to ensure efficiencies in delivery.
Skills/ Qualifications required:

SMSTS
*
CSCS Black Card
*
First Aid Certificate
*
Temporary Works Coordinator
*
Asbestos Awareness (UKATA)
*
Fire Warden
*
UK Driving License
