Pre-Construction Design Manager

Position available for a Pre-construction Design Manager to support a large project in Cornwall

Hays are delighted to be working with a main contractor in Cornwall, near Helston, supporting a large ongoing project of refurbishment and new build commercial site.
As a result, we are looking for an experienced Design Manager to support full time for 6 months.
There is an opportunity for a temp to perm position, for the right candidate.

What would we need from you?

• Experience in a Design Manager/Pre-Construction role
• Experience of construction sites and refurb/commercial builds
• Due to the nature of the site, BPSS will be required.
• CSCS card (White/Black/Gold)
