Job Description
Secondary supply teachers required
Zen Educate are currently looking to supply teachers to take on work around secondary schools in South Gloucestershire. This would be on a part time basis working either 2, 3 or 4 days a week, depending on what you are looking for. Ideally we are looking for teachers that are happy to drive but would certainly still consider teachers that are using public transport.
We are happy to speak with both ECT or FQT across a range of subjects. In order to do secondary supply work, you will need to be flexilble to the needs of the school and be happy to teach a wide range of subjects for which planning will be provided. Any longer term positions would be around your subject specialisms.
Working hours are 8:30-3:30 unless otherwise stated and term time only.
Other skills we would be looking for in good supply teachers include;
- Good classroom and behaviour management.
- Able to keep students engaged in the learning material.
- Utilise support staffing effectively.
- Experience in special needs and catering to their requirements.
- Effective communicaton skills.
