Job Description
Teaching Personnel's PWR Team are currently recruiting for a Construction Teacher to work in a Salford Alternative Provision.
Start date: ASAP
The Role:
Delivering engaging and practical construction lessons
Guiding students in developing essential skills like carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
Preparing students for industry-recognised qualifications
Collaborating with colleagues to create personalised learning plans
Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate:
Relevant trade qualifications or teaching qualifications (QTS desirable)
Experience working with young people, ideally in an alternative provision setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for hands-on learning and a commitment to student success
