Assistant General Manager | Restaurant | Exeter | Salary up to £30,000 plus Bonus

Zachary Daniels are exclusively recruiting for an Assistant General Manager in Exeter for a fast paced restaurant. With a salary of up to £30,000 plus great benefits, we are looking for an Assistant General Manager that is passionate about delivering a world-class experience for their customers.

As an Assistant General Manager your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Driving customer service in your site.
  • Ensuring standards are high across the site at all times.
  • Driving sales and ensuring site profitability.
  • Training, coaching and developing your team.
  • Achieving store and company KPI's.

The ideal candidate:

  • You will understand the people you manage, mentor, coach and identify the training needs required to maximise profitability throughout all departments.
  • Be able to demonstrate a high level of operational, leadership, planning, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Be target driven and customer service orientated
  • Be highly motivated and ambitious.
  • Be a self starter with a can do attitude.
