What you’ll be doing

• Managing daily operations and technical staff, including performance appraisals and recruitment
• Ensuring optimal performance of solar PV plants and maintaining site standards
• Supporting field teams with maintenance, HV tasks, and training
• Upholding HSE standards and working closely with the HSE Manager to ensure compliance
• Assisting with planning, scheduling, inventory management, and equipment maintenance

What we want from you

• 18th Edition / NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
• HV training with evidence via a switching logbook
• At least 3 years’ experience on utility-scale solar farms
• Knowledge of key inverter manufacturers like SMA, ABB, or Power Electronics
