Showroom Manager – Aberdeen (AB11 5BX) - Plumb Centre Showroom

As a Showroom Manager based in our Aberdeen (AB11 5BX) branch, you’ll be responsible for:

• Re-opening and promoting the showroom to build a customer base

• Using design tools to provide an end-to-end design and delivery service for customers

• Greet customers as they enter the showroom and assist them in finding the perfect bathroom solutions and handle any customer enquiries, issues, or concerns with professionalism, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

• Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide design ideas, and recommend suitable products. Create detailed quotes and follow up to close sales.

• Ensure the showroom is always tidy, well-presented, and stocked with the latest products and information.

This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday 08.00am – 5.00pm along with every other Saturday from 08.00am – 12.00pm.

• Previous experience in bathroom design and sales.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and provide exceptional customer service.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to achieve sales targets and fulfil customer expectations.
