Carpenter/Multi-Trader • Warwickshire • Salary £15.50-£16.50 per hour plus vehicle and package • Permanent full time

We are working with a growing and highly reputable construction and refurbishment contractor who are a genuinely fantastic company to work for, look after their staff well and have established and stable contracts.

As a Carpenter/Multi-Trader, your main responsibilities will be;

You will be part of a reactive Maintenance Team, works to include carpentry repairs, doors and ironmongery, boarding/reglazing windows, fencing, etc.

Carrying out a wide range of all round building and maintenance works, including some plumbing, waste pipes, toilets, drainage, etc.

Using a PDA to receive and update jobs.

Working mobile across Warwickshire predominantly on Schools, Libraries, Offices and other public sector buildings.

Providing excellent customer service when on site.

What skills and experience do I need for this Carpenter/Multi-trader role?

You will be an experienced Carpenter/Multi-Trader with good all round building experience

You will ideally have covered a variety of building and maintenance works

You will have good self-organisation skills to plan your day and meet site attendance targets

You will be based in the Warwickshire/Worcestershire/South Birmingham region and be happy with a mobile regional role

You will be required to undertake a DBS check and must hold a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
