Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive
Location: Hybrid working (UK & Ireland)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 basic + commission

We are a dynamic and growing company seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a mix of sales, marketing, and engineering experience to contribute to our expanding presence across the UK & Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth.
Generate new business opportunities and nurture relationships with existing clients.
Conduct field sales visits across the UK and Ireland to build strong partnerships and understand client needs.
Collaborate with the engineering team to understand product features and benefits, ensuring clients are informed and engaged.
Manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, events, and presentations.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.
Proactive and target-driven with a strong ability to build relationships.
A creative and analytical mindset with a passion for driving business results.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Full UK driving licence is required.

A competitive basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000, plus commission.
