Job Opportunity: Contracts Supervisor
Location: Oldbury, West Midlands
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Looking for an experienced Contracts Supervisor within repairs and maintenance to Join a leading property services provider in Oldbury, West Midlands, and play a crucial role in managing and overseeing diverse contracts within a thriving environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the execution of contracts, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations
- Lead project teams to deliver on time and within budget
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to maintain strong relationships
- Prepare reports and documentation to track contract performance
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the contract lifecycle
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Contracts Supervisor or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of contract management processes and relevant legislation
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
