Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager

BDS are recruiting for a Supported Housing Coordinator to work within Retirement Living Service based in the Andover, SP10 area.

We are looking for someone with a friendly and happy demeanour to be the first point of contact for the residents of the service.

Hours; 20 per week- to be worked between Monday Friday 9am- 5pm- can be over 4 days

Duration – Temp ongoing- could go perm later down the line

Pay rate; £14.26ph PAYE- £17.39ph UMB

Main duties

* Speaking with the residents daily

* Signposting information on other services, in and around the area.

* Checking the property for any repairs and reporting these as required,

* Overseeing the service to ensure the smooth running.

* Involving the residents in activities within the service

* Arranging activities for the residents of the service, fish and chip nights, scrabble nights or even a game of cards,

* Health and safety checks and fire alarm panel checks,
