Job Description
We are looking for a Clinical Pharmacist with hospital experience to join a collaborative pharmacy team in a Stirling based Hospital. This full-time role comes with a salary of up to £45,000 and many excellent benefits.
As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing skilled clinical and technical assistance as a member of the Pharmacy team. Accepting applications from GPhC (UK) Registered Pharmacists with experience in a hospital setting.
During your first few weeks in this Clinical Pharmacist role, you can expect to:
Provide a comprehensive and effective patient centred clinical pharmacy service to designated wards. You will have the opportunity to work in various clinical disciplines including renal, urology, orthopaedic & spinal surgery, colorectal surgery, gastroenterology, plastics and reconstructive surgery.
Lead on and develop elements of the clinical pharmacy service to improve the patient experience.
Contribute proactively to ensure optimal medicines usage by patients and healthcare professionals.You must be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (UK) as a Pharmacist.
