Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Business to Business - Uncapped OTE (Year 1 £40k+, year 2 and beyond £60k+ with top earners earning between £65k-£90k)
Based in Manchester City Centre, lovely offices with great facilities
Working hours 8:45 am to 5pm – no lates or weekends so plenty of time to spend your commission!!
The Role
We are looking for ambitious Sales Development Representatives (SDR’s) either looking to develop up from B2C into a B2B role or have previous B2B experience and want the opportunity to earn more (our commission structure is genuinely uncapped) and develop/progress in a globally recognised, award winning business. Previous B2B Sales or B2C sales experience, is essential, however, industry experience isn’t, we will train you to sell our products and teach you the best way to go about it. In short you bring drive and passion to succeed, and we’ll give you everything else you need to be successful.
This is a consultative business to business Sales Development Representative (SDR) role selling to SME’s across the UK. We will provide you with all the sales data you need, you will never be short of people to contact and will be selling a gold standard service widely recognised as the best in the industry.
Aside from uncapped commission, you will also have the chance to win weekends away, trips abroad, a generous holiday allowance to ensure you have time to recharge and lots more including discounted gym membership, retail discounts and discounted parking in Manchester City Centre if you prefer to drive to work.
You will also have the lots of opportunity to progress, with senior Sales Development Representative roles available and Management and Field Based Business Development roles available for those that really excel.
