Job Description
Cedar is currently partnered with a fast-growth, highly leveraged, and acquisitive hospitality business to secure an Interim Finance Director based in North London. This is a 6-month contract, paying a day rate between £(Apply online only) per day.

The Role
As Interim Finance Director, you will:
Partner with the CFO to drive EBITDA growth, focusing on performance management, cost control, and revenue enhancement strategies.
Oversee operational finance functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Payroll, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and best practices.
Collaborate with operational leaders to deliver actionable financial insights and improve decision-making across the business.
Lead process improvement initiatives, implementing automation and strengthening financial controls.
Manage cash flow, capital expenditure, and working capital to support the company's growth and ensure financial stability.
Your Profile
You will ideally have:
A formal accountancy qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience.
A proven track record of delivering EBITDA growth in a fast-paced, multi-site business, preferably in hospitality, leisure, or retail.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing finance teams.
Hands-on operational finance experience combined with the ability to partner strategically with senior stakeholders.
A commercial mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to influence at all levels.
