Job Description
My client are a regional, family owned building contractor who deliver a comprehensive range of services across the construction, building maintenance, and refurbishment sectors throughout the UK.

They are now recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their business. You'll be working on construction and maintenance refurbishment projects across the Merseyside and wider areas.
Duties and responsibilities to include:
Issuing of sub-contractor tender enquiries
Evaluation of sub-contractor quotations
Convening and attending sub-contractor Pre-Contract meetings
Preparing formal sub-contract Agreements
Site measurement of building works undertaken
Valuation and payment of sub-contractor interim accounts
Agreement of sub-contractor final accounts
Assisting in the preparation of monthly CVR reports
Preparing and submission of monthly Profit and Loss reports
Preparing and agreement of external Applications for Payment
