Fabric Technician (Carpentry-bias)
Annual Salary: up to £34,200
Location: Central London, W1G
Job Type: Full-time, PermanentMy client, a well-established private hospital in the heart of London, are seeking a dedicated Fabric Technician to handle various fabric-related tasks including painting, maintenance, and decorating across our facilities. Day-to-day of the role:
To ensure that all work is carried out in a safe manner following the appropriate risk assessment at all times.
Undertake essential repair works and general maintenance activities at the request of the management
Undertake helpdesk assigned reactive and PPM repair works as by the Helpdesk coordinators.
Uses all relevant tools and equipment within safety guidelines as necessary for the completion of works.Required Skills & Qualifications:
NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry (or equivalent qualification)
Experience in a similar level role
Experience with Fire Doors
Commitment to maintaining high standards in all work and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.Benefits:
