Position: Material Inventory Controller

Pay rate: £22.00 p/h inside IR35.

Location: Brize Norton, Oxfordshire

Role Type: 12+ Months Contract

Position: Onsite 3 days a week

IO Associates is seeking a Material Inventory Controller to work for a global pioneer in the aerospace industry, operating in the commercial aircraft, helicopters, defence, and space sectors. The company is a major player in the aviation industry, specializing in the design, manufacture, and delivery of commercial and military aircraft, helicopters, and space systems.

Responsibilities:

• Prioritize material orders and movements.
• Handle items per logistics and airworthiness guidelines.
• Ensure accurate pick, pack, and system transactions.
• Sort and verify documents before packing.
• Confirm movements in SAP and link paperwork to parts.
• Store stock correctly after picking/packing.
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace.

Qualifications:

• Industries: Military, aviation, FMCG, pharmaceuticals would be preferred
• Working in warehouse and completing physical movement of parts
• Warehouse management system experience is needed
• Forklift and manual handling experience is needed
• Aerospace and SAP experience is ideal
