PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR / CHANGE ADMIN LEAD
Location: London, E14 9SH
Hours of work: Part Time / Flexible – 16 hrs p/w
Contract Type: 6 Month Fixed Term Contract
The Project Coordinator / Change Admin Lead will play a key role in tracking and managing projects, establishing clear goals, identifying potential risks and challenges, and monitoring progress.
Job Description
This 6-month FTC position is designed to support project teams in a dynamic environment, ensuring smooth project execution and maintaining comprehensive documentation - the role will also include supporting additional administrative tasks as needed.
This role is ideal for well-organised, computer-literate candidates who are seeking flexibility.
It may be particularly suited to individuals currently in administrative roles, students looking to gain experience, or parents who want a flexible, remote position with morning hours.
This is a unique opportunity to gain insights into the fast-paced facilities management industry while building valuable project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that requests are responded to and resolved in the appropriate timescales against SLAs
- Process quotes and POs for the team as required
- Assist Moves and Changes management as and when required (incl. engagement with supplier)
- Mitigate risks for TSB colleagues and operations
- SPOC for stakeholders – reducing the impact on, and time required of, the operational TSB Property team
- Carry out other duties or responsibilities that may from time to time be assigned by your manager in support of wider team needs
About You:
- Good verbal and written communication skills are required; proactive communication skills are a must in establishing and maintaining customer confidence
- Self-starter who requires little supervision and is confident making decisions
- Comfortable responding to changing needs and tight deadlines
- Outstanding customer service and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English
