Responsibilities

• Leverage your talent acquisition skills in a full 360 recruitment role.
• Business Development and client management
• Work the senior AI market (tech and commercial) roles targeting the thriving US market.
• Shift between contingent and RPO models to maximise your recruitment pipeline.
• Embrace opportunities for travel to America to meet clients and develop relationships.

Requirements

• Proven recruitment experience, preferably within the tech sector.
• Strong degree/education background reflecting your intellectual capability.
• Ability to engage effectively with high-level professionals, building strong relationships - face to face, telephone and in email
• Excellent customer service skills showcasing your commitment to the client's needs.
• Inherent drive and self-motivation to continuously strive for success.
