Service Desk Analyst

A leading commodities trading firm are searching for a 1st line service desk analyst to join their team. You will provide 1st line support to all users throughout the

firm including front office traders and will have the opportunity to work on a handful of exciting upcoming projects. You will take ownership, and be a

central point of contact, for any issue reported by our customers ensuring professional and regular communication is provided.
