Paid Media Specialist

Paid Media Specialist - London / £40k-£45k / Hybrid

Currently working with a retail company that specialise in cosmetics and wellness products and they are actively looking for a paid media specialist to join their team. You'll be working closely with their Head of Growth and the wider marketing team to execute high-performing digital campaigns.

Requirements:

• Own and execute paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Affiliate.
• Drive customer acquisition while optimising for cost-efficiency.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives.
• Leverage data analytics to inform strategy and optimise campaigns.
• Experiment with new channels and tactics to drive growth.
• Work closely with the wider marketing team on cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in paid media, ideally within DTC.
• A passion for data and a knack for turning insights into action.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• A creative mindset to develop innovative campaign strategies.
• A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
