Temporary Customer Service Administrator – Government

Express Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside a well-respected Local Authority who are recruiting for a Temporary Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team in Nottingham. The successful candidate will have previous experience working within administration.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and advice to customers and business partners
• Create and manage information relating to finance, staffing, and customers
• Develop basic systems and processes to meet operational needs
• Undertake a range of finance support processes
• Organise meetings and events
• Undertake reception duties including meeting and greeting visitors

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in an administration role
• Proficient use in software packages including Microsoft Office and Excel
• Literacy and numeracy skills to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
• Experience working in the public sector and engaging with customers desirable
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
