Personal Shopper - Leading Premium Brand

Mode Search is partnered with a globally recognized luxury shopping destination in their search for a Personal Shopper, based full-time on-site in Oxfordshire.

The successful applicant will be expected to manage a high-end client portfolio, aligning services with the brand’s luxury standards. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in personal shopping, strong client relationship skills, and the ability to collaborate with senior management to enhance service offerings and propose strategies that drive client engagement and loyalty, all while reflecting the brand’s values and goals.

Responsibilities:

• Grow personal client base through networking and referrals.
• Meet individual and departmental sales targets.
• Host VIP events and provide tailored recommendations.
• Strengthen client relationships through exceptional service and upselling.
• Maintain accurate client profiles in Salesforce and stay updated on brand stock.
• Act as an ambassador, building connections with brands and partners.

Requirements:

• Proven luxury retail and personal shopping experience with a strong client base.
• Deep knowledge of fashion trends and the luxury market.
• Strong network and social media skills to drive client engagement.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, organization, and cultural awareness.
