Job Description

Cobalt are pleased to be partnering with a Global Real Estate Investment and Development firm on their search for an Asset Management Associate, to join their team in Central London.


The role involves leading and reporting on the day-to-day asset management activities, including implementation of asset management plans, interacting with property managers, tenants, and facilitating and analysing third party reports. There is also an analytical element to this role as you will regularly be involved in supporting financial modelling for new acquisitions, development appraisals to forecast cash flows and calculate financial returns.


The successful candidate will be working on a Central London portfolio consisting of Prime Offices and mixed-use Retail.


Key role requirements:



  • Bachelors or equivalent with 4+ years of experience or Master’s with 3+ years of experience in business, real estate, engineering or property management.
  • A property management or project management related background is preferred.
  • Experience engaging in lease negotiations.
  • Excel cash flow modelling skills.
  • Experience with Real Estate systems such as Argus, Yardi, VTS, and/or Hyperion preferred; understanding of how systems interact and data accuracy essential.
  • Experience with running leasing transactions, tenant relationships, and/or (development) projects.
  • Experience with investor reporting and presentations.
  • Excellent due diligence, analytical, negotiation, and written/oral communication skills.


Salary up to £70,000 - £75,000 + 20% bonus and benefits.
